Here Is How Two Different Types Of Commission Are Computed

Commission given out to affiliate is calculated based on

1) Total Register Members

2) Total Deposit minus Total Withdrawal

Important Notes

1. All affiliates at JomPanda can enjoy both types of commission as per Table 1 & Table 2 as shown above.

2. Commission calculated using either Table 1 & Table 2 are net commission, which means any cost from acquisition of registered members will be borne by JomPanda.

In the Table 1 above,

• Total Register Members Within a Month refers to how many person register at JomPanda which you referred to us within a certain month. The more person you referred to us register at JomPanda within a certain month, the higher the commission rate.

​

In the Table 2 above,​

• Total Deposit Within a Month refers to how much the amount in RM which register members you referred to us making deposit at JomPanda within a certain month.

• Total Withdrawal Within a Month refers to how much the amount in RM which register members you referred to us making withdrawal at JomPanda within a certain month.

• If Total Deposit Within a Month higher than Total Withdrawal Within a Month, JomPanda will gain positive revenue, while if Total Deposit Within a Month less than Total Withdrawal Within a Month, JomPanda will gain negative revenue. 

• For positive revenue, the amount from which Total Deposit Within a Month minus Total Withdrawal Within a Month multiply by either 10%, 15% or 20% (depend on the result for that month) will equal to commission for you. 

• For negative revenue, it will be carried forward to the following month and will be deducted off your positive revenue.

Below is an example of how the commission is computed using the figures shared in the Table 1 & Table 2 above. 

 

In this example, we shall consider the Total Register Members Within a Month referred by you = 50,000 person,

Total Deposit Within a Month from these 50,000 register members = RM 500,000

Total Withdrawal Within a Month from these 50,000 register members = RM 200,000

Commission 1 = Total Register Members Within a Month x Commission Rate 

                         = 50,000 x RM 1.00

                         = RM 50,000

​

Commission 2 = (Total Deposit Within a Month - Total Withdrawal Within a Month) x Commission Rate

                         = (RM 500,000 - RM 200,000) x Commission Rate 

                         = RM 300,000 x 20%

                         = RM 60,000

​

Total Commission = Commission 1 + Commission 2

                               = RM 50,000 + RM 60,000

                               = RM 110,000

​

Sub-Affiliate Commission

Other than the above mentioned 2 types of commission, we JomPanda also offer sub-affiliate commission for any new affiliate referred by existing affiliate to join our affiliate program.

 

Sub-Affiliate Commission = Sub-Affiliate Total Monthly Commission X 10% 

​

For example, affiliate A refer affiliate B to join JomPanda affiliate program. Therefore, affiliate B become

sub-affiliate of affiliate A.

​

And for the first month result, let say affiliate B manage to generate RM50,000 commission for himself, therefore sub-affiliate commission for affiliate A for that month = RM50,000 X 10% = RM5,000

​

Commission Payment Method

Your commission will be paid using the following procedures.​

• The commission will be computed once in a month and will release within the 5th – 7th of the month.

• The commission will be deposited into your bank account within 3 working days after the request of withdrawal is submitted.

• There is a minimum amount of withdrawal of RM100. Any amount below this threshold will be carried forward to the next month.

• We retain the right to change the Commission Rate and method of calculation of the commission as we deemed fit.

• JomPanda reserves the right to alter or amend and/ or add more terms into any of the terms mentioned above as we deemed fit.

• JomPanda reserves the right to cancel the affiliate account at any point of time without prior notice in the event the affiliate’s performance does not meet our expected quotas at a given period time.
